I never had close contact with any of the employees or James himself. We did business by phone and text. Called James with a leak in our roof. He came out right away and put a cover over it till he could replace our roof. He gave us a quick date and showed up when he said he would. His rate was VERY reasonable. The day of replacement he took the care to cover my flower beds. The crew cleaned up really well with no mess or nails. Would HIGHLY recommend James Montgomery Roofing.
